EFFECTIVE AUGUST 3, 2026

Personal data protection policy

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia, Find Home Colombia informs data subjects of this policy, which governs the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of the personal information we process.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We do not collect sensitive data — ethnic origin, health, political, religious or sexual orientation, biometric data — nor data from minors. If additional information is required for a specific real estate transaction, we will request it expressly and separately.

3. Purposes of processing

We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Your rights as a data subject

Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

5. How to exercise your rights

Write to findhomecolombia@findhomecolombia.com with the subject "Data protection", stating your name, identification document, your specific request and a contact email or phone.

Enquiries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days. Complaints are resolved within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the day after receipt. Where this is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons and the new date.

6. Cookies and measurement technologies

Our site uses first-party cookies necessary for its operation, and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

Analytics and advertising cookies are not activated until you accept them through the notice shown on arrival. If you decline, the site works normally and no browsing information is collected. You may change your decision at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

These tools are operated by Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc., located in the United States, so accepting them involves an international transfer of data to that country. Both companies have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as a commercial relationship or the interest that prompted your contact exists, and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, it is securely deleted.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access or misuse. The site operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted to staff who need it to assist you.

9. Validity and changes

This policy is effective from August 3, 2026. We may update it to reflect legal or service changes; the version in force will always be the one published on this page.

10. Supervisory authority

The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce is the Colombian authority responsible for personal data protection. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint with that entity once the enquiry or complaint procedure with us has been exhausted.
